Once upon a meme, two close childhood friends, Eugene and Eli, turned
their endless scrolling into something a little more productive—and a
lot more cuddly. In early 2024, after more than ten years of sharing
laughs, videos, and way too many inside jokes, Ploof was born. With a
shared passion for internet culture and a dream to make the online
world more tangible, we created plushies that bring our favorite memes
to life.
As self-proclaimed “chronically online” individuals, we saw a gap—
those memes and viral sensations we loved so much had no real-world
presence. So, we took matters into our own hands. But Ploof had to be
more than just plushies; it had to mean something. That’s why every
Ploof creation supports a cause that matches the heart of the
character it’s inspired by. We call it turning internet culture into
real-world good.
So here we are, crafting plushies that aren’t just adorable but also
purposeful, proving that even the silliest of memes can make the world
a better place.
Adopting a Ploof isn’t just about finding a new companion but embracing a journey fueled by empathy and purpose. Each Ploof embodies a shared commitment to making a positive difference. We believe that even the smallest gestures of kindness can create meaningful change. Together, we’re harnessing the power of the internet to champion causes that matter.
